2. Agreement to these terms

By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

4. Products, descriptions and stock

We sell end-of-run and overstock outerwear, which means quantities are limited and a size can sell out at any time. We describe every item as accurately as we can, but colors can render differently from one screen to another, and measurements taken flat can vary slightly from piece to piece.

Stock shown on the product page reads live inventory. In rare cases an item can oversell; if that happens we cancel and refund that line in full and tell you straight away.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping is added at checkout unless the order qualifies for free shipping over .

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. If a price is listed with an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including: item out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, or a history of abusive returns. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

7. Shipping

Shipping terms, costs and delivery windows are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item in original condition and packaging.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, logos, layout and code — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, scraped, republished or used commercially without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or bulk-download content, to attempt to breach security, or to interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

11. User content

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with our store. You confirm the content is yours to share and is not unlawful or offensive.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of use.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

The site may link to third-party sites, including carrier tracking. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, and supplier failure.
